Conditions for online booking of our rooms:

The booking of rooms and services through the system of “online booking” section of our website Hotel Ogliastra is not definitive, but should always be accepted by Hotel Ogliastra.
The Hotel Ogliastra will accept the first payment of the correct causal booking by the customer and then make the actual reservation.

You can cancel your booking for the Hotel Ogliastra?

Yes, and it is free before 7 days of arrival at the hotel.

Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival.

From the 19th day to the 10th day dall’arrtivo the canceled later, the withholding of the final 15% deposit paid at time of booking.

On the 9th day of arrival we charge 50% of the total cost of the stay.
